php Error

Hallo,

ich nutze den Ordersprinter in Version 2.9.12 und erhalte öfters folgende Meldung.

Fehler
Aufruf: php/contenhandler.php?module = queue&command = addProductListToQueue
Error: Error
Server-Antwort:

Wenn es wieder auftritt versuch ich mal ein Bild zu machen. (könnte sein, dass die obrige Ausgaben nicht 100% korrekt ist, hab leider nur ein schlechtes Bild gemacht gehabt)

Aber falls jemand in die Richtung schon eine Idee hat, was es sein könnte, wäre ich sehr dankbar.

Hallo!

So ist es schön, die Fehlertbeschreibung und gleich das Log dazu! Auf diese Weise konnte ich das Problem sofort erkennen und kann eine Lösng anbieten ohne 1001 Rückfragen!

Die Ursache, wie man am Error-log sieht: Ich pflege eine work-Tabelle, in der ich ein paar laufende Werte zwischenspeicher und diese unter anderem für Konsistenzprüfungen verwende. Im Rahmen der GoBD war es wichtig, dass die Software sicherstellt, dass die Daten manipulationssicher gespeichert werden. Dazu hatte ich unter anderem geprüft, ob die Kassenbon-ID fortlaufend vergeben wird. In diese work-Tabelle schreibe ich aber auch viele andere Daten. Während der Rechnungsprozess über eine DB-Transaktion abgesichert ist, sind die anderen Prozesse teils nicht so abgesichert. Das kann dazu führen, dass parallele Aktionen sich gegenseitig behindern. Und genau das ist laut Log hier passiert. Ich nehme an, dass diese Dinge nur dann passieren, wenn parallel viele Mitarbeiter im System arbeiten und die Wahrscheinlichkeit für Kollisionen größer ist.

Da wir aber mittlerweile in Deutschland eine Kassensichv haben, die die Absicherung per TSE vorschreibt, ist die Relevanz meiner Checks nicht mehr so groß. Ich schlage vor, das einfach zu entschärfen durch eine kleine Änderung in der Datei commonutils.php in der Method verifyLastBillId. Statt jetzt für jede Version eine geänderte commonutils.php bereitzustellen, zeige ich, welche Änderungen dort zu machen sind (siehe Attachment).

Beim abtippen kann man ja Fehler machen. 😁

Hallo,

vorab ich bin alleine :-) Also keine Überschneidung von mehreren Geräten. Netzwerk habe ich inzwischen vollständig auf Kabel umgestellt und ohne Switch...

Ich hoffe dass ich spätestens morgen dazu kommen die Änderung durchzuführen, um es dann Testen zu können.

Hallo Daniel,

im Error_log ist folgende Aussage das Entscheidende: "Record has changed since last read in table 'os_work' "

Das kommt so zustande (vereinfacht erklärt):

1. Prozess A liest einen Datensatz aus os_work.
2. Prozess B ändert denselben Datensatz.
3. Prozess A versucht nun auf Basis seiner alten Daten zu schreiben.
4. Die Datenbank erkennt, dass sich der Datensatz inzwischen geändert hat und wirft Fehler 1020.

Das nennt man einen Concurrency-/Race-Condition-Fehler.

Die Wahrscheinlichkeit für so eine Race Condition nimmt mit der Anzahl der Prozesse, die meist im gleichen Maß wie die Anzahl der aktiven Nutzer wächst, zu. Natürlich reden wir von Wahrscheinlichkeiten, d.h. es kann auch bei einem einelnen Nutzer passieren (in die Work-Tabelle werden auch regelmäßig die Ergebnisse vom Printercheck usw. eingetragen).

Wenn aber dieser Fehler häufiger auftritt, du aber stets der einzige Nutzer bist, würde ich auf ein konzeptuelles Problem tippen ("Bug"). Allerdings habe ich diesen Fehler bisher so nicht berichtet bekommen (wobei die meisten Fehlerreports leider keine error_logs enthalten).

Nun zu den Änderungen: Du musst nicht jede Zeile eintippen. Nur die mit dunkelgrüner Hintergrundfarbe markierten Zeilen sind neu, davon sind die meisten Zeilen mit // beginnend nur Kommentare, die ich zum besseren Verständnis eingefügt habe. Die hellgrünen Zeilen sind nur Einrückungen. Aber wenn es hilft, hier die Funktion als Text:

Hi,

aber das ist doch jetzt eine ganz andere fehlermeldung. diese fehlermeldung beschreibt, dass der Zugriff auf die Datenbank nicht funktioniert.

Leider bist du nicht berechtigt, diese Funktion zu nutzen. Du hast dich vermutlich erst vor kurzem registriert und musst dich noch mehr an Diskussionen im Board beteiligen, damit du diese Funktion nutzen kannst.

dann gibt es da wahrscheinlich irgendwo eine Einstellung, die ich nicht kenne oder übersehen habe. vielleicht kannst Du mir an s.pichel@ordersprinter.de schreiben

Hey ho,

so weiter gehts. Habe ein Backup eingespielt, welches nach der Installation erstellt wurde. Habe lediglich Artikel angelegt, so dass ich es für mich nutzen kann. Und hatte trotzdem weiterhin den Fehler. Die Änderung in der Commonutils.php habe ich mit dem Einspielen des Backups noch nicht geändert...also alles noch im "Urzustand"
